Add & Drop of a course will only be entertained if a candidate has not succeeded to pass the course which is the pre-requisite of the advanced course for which candidate has registered in the forthcoming semester.
Withdrawal application will only be entertained if candidate has not crossed the maximum number of Absences (i.e. 3 lectures for a 3-hours class and 6 lectures for a 1.5-hours class) allowed for each course.
Last Date for Withdrawal will also be the same, for cases where faculty member conducts Hourly Exams.
Students can withdraw from amaximum of 02 courses in one semester.
